Among those present in the special court magistrate, Agriculture Minister K. Achannaidu, former minister Devineni Uma Maheshwar Rao, Nimmakayala China Rajappa and others. Advisor to Telangana Chief Minister Vem Narendra Reddy was also present. The accused leaders have claimed that the allegations are baseless saying that they have not committed any crime. They expressed faith in the impartiality of the court and expected justice to prevail.
