Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed the officials to analyze the large amount of data collected during the census of households across the state to get a better insight into the needs of the people, and as a result, design suitable schemes for them.
Officials completed the enumeration process by collecting details of at least 1.13 crore family members across the state. Apart from the caste census, the staff also collected data on the economic condition and social facilities of the people.
Statistical analysis involves separating raw data under different categories to understand the macro picture of the situation.
Based on the data, the state government implementing the six guarantees is ready to identify the eligible candidates and provide them with better social benefits from the new year.
The government is using state-of-the-art software to analyze the data. The data will also let the government know about the number of people belonging to backward class communities and their sub-castes, their economic status and more.
Similarly, the data will also help the authorities prepare a comprehensive assessment of those below the poverty line.
This data will help the poor to get government benefits. The government is also focusing on welfare measures designed for farmers, women, students and the elderly.
