The police have confirmed that many people were injured in the shooting that happened on Monday at a school in the state of Wisconsin, USA.
The incident took place at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. Madison police described the situation as an “active and ongoing investigation.”
In a statement, police asked residents to evacuate the area. “More information will be released as it becomes available. We need people to avoid this area now,” the statement said.
Abundant Life Christian School, which has approximately 390 students from kindergarten through high school, is located on a 28-acre campus and caters to families in the Dane County area.
No further details have been made public about the person who was killed or who shot.
