KV Narayan has won the Central Sahitya Akademi Award for Nudigala Alivu

The Sahitya Akademi on Wednesday announced the annual awards in 21 languages ​​for books published between January 2018 and December 2022, including eight poems, three novels, two short stories, three essays, three literary criticisms, one play and one research work. . The academy said awards for works in Bengali, Dogri and Urdu will be announced later. All the books were selected on the basis of recommendations made by a jury of three members across languages.
