DLSA, Thrissur launched a project to empower students from tribal communities

District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Thrissur in collaboration with Government Law College, Thrissur and Department of Tribal Development has launched project ‘Niyamagotram’ to empower children of tribal community especially vulnerable tribal groups.

The project aims to prepare students from tribal communities for the Common Law Entrance Examination. 13 plus two students from MRS Model School, Pichi were selected for the programme.

Sarita Ravindran, Civil Judge and Secretary, DLSA inaugurated the event.

School Principal R. Ragini, TK Sarita, Teacher-in-charge; Vinita Thampi, Legal Assistant, DLSA; And Greeshma Soman, National Service Planning Program Coordinator, gave a speech.
