DKZ Technologies Fraud: Over 1,000 Victims Flag Improper Investigation

More than 1,000 victims of the DKZ Technologies scam gathered in Hyderabad on Thursday and demanded a fair probe into the case.

The victims discussed their concerns with their advocate Ashir Khan and also spoke to the media.

This comes 2.5 months after the company’s managing director Ashfaq Raheel and his wife and company director Syeda Aisha Naz were arrested by the Central Crime Station (CCS) in Hyderabad.

The complainant alleged that the company lured investors with high promises. Return on investment and payment of same stopped after initial term.

“We are not satisfied with the investigation being done by Hyderabad CCS. We request Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or Enforcement Directorate (ED) to investigate. More than 18,000 investors including doctors and lawyers in 3-4 cities of India and other countries including Saudi Arabia and Canada 500 crores and 700 crores have been reported, but the recovered amount is only 5 crores,’ said one of the victims, Mohammad Shahbaz.

Of the 38 accused, who include popular YouTubers like Nabil Afridi and Kirak Khala, only four have been arrested so far and the victims alleged that they were ‘treated like VIPs’.

Hundreds of investors staged a protest at the Madhpur police in September after the company’s office was closed and the directors were out of touch.
