Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy made some sensational comments despite instructions to his party leaders not to react or make any statements about the stampede at Sandhya theater by icon star Allu Arjun, Nizamabad Rural Congress MLA Bhupathi Reddy.
His comments indirectly insulted not only the actor but the people of Andhra.
The MLA said, “You are just an actor and the movie on red sander smuggler Pushpa is a joke. Does this movie have any message and does it aim to improve the society?”
In what ways have you helped the people of Telangana? “Make films, do your business and live your life,” he said very sternly.
Referring to Allu Arjun as an Andhraite and that he migrated to Telangana for his livelihood, the MLA said it would be better if he could maintain his honor and live without creating any scenes.
He also used abusive language and warned Allu Arjun that he would not be allowed to screen his films if he tried to speak against Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
OU JAC activists attacked your house and you are trying to vent your anger on some other people. Bhupathi Reddy has warned that if it continues like this, your films will be in danger.
