The UPPSC PCS Prelims Exams will be conducted tomorrow, December 22. Here are some important instructions that candidates must follow.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is all set to conduct the UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2024 on Sunday, December 22, 2024. The examination will be conducted in two shifts- first shift from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and second shift from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. in 75 districts of the state.

Keeping in view the importance of the examination, candidates appearing in the United States / Senior Subordinate Services (Prelims) Examination-2024 are required to follow a set of important rules as prescribed by the Commission.

In this article, we will look at some important guidelines that candidates are expected to follow:

  • Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center 1 hour 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination and entry will be closed 45 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
  • Admit card must be brought with you on the day of examination. No candidate shall be admitted to the examination unless he has a certificate of admission from the Commission. The decision of the Commission regarding the eligibility or otherwise of the candidate to be admitted to the examination shall be final.
  • Candidates should not write their roll numbers anywhere except in the space provided on the cover of their answer sheet/book otherwise they will be penalized with deduction of marks.
  • They should not write their name anywhere else they may be disqualified.
  • If the candidate’s handwriting is not easily legible, it may be deducted from the total marks.
  • Candidates are advised to carry original and photocopy of Government ID along with two photographs.
  • Candidates should not take unfair measures without taking any fee while conducting the examination otherwise strict action and disqualification will be taken.

It may be mentioned here that UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2024 for United States / Higher Subordinate Services Exam will consist of two compulsory papers whose answer sheets will be OMR sheets. The papers will be of 200 marks each.

  3. Enter your login details and submit.
  4. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download the admit card and keep its printout for future reference.
  6. Keep a hard copy of the same for further reference.
