Cultural Affairs Minister Saji Cherian will preside over the event. Revenue Minister K. Rajan and General Education Minister V. Sivankutty will jointly honor Armenian filmmakers Serge Avedician and Nora Armani.
A total of 177 films from 68 countries were screened at the festival, which was attended by more than 13,000 delegates during the past one week.
