Musician Aaron and rebel Sawyer decide to make their wedding vows anything but traditional. They turned the exchange into an impromptu rap battle, leaving their guests shocked and amused.
The video begins with the couple holding hands at the altar preparing to share their vows. A white gowned rebel faces Aaron, who is dressed casually in a white shirt and baggy pants. Paul takes a turn when the rebel asks, “Aaron Sawyer, do you want the real thing?” As the music begins, the couple grabs the microphone and begins to say their vows.
Rebel begins, rapping about their deep relationship and how Aaron “lifts” her spirit. “Putting your hand in mine and praying our hearts meet. Your Taurus love opens my eyes, I am a goddess by your side,” says her song.
Aaron uses psychedelic references such as “psilocybin” to describe their love. He raps about their relationship, calling it “golden” and saying, “Give you my heart in a lotus, lion queen of the solstice.”
Rebel later shared the rap on Facebook with the caption, “When you’re soulmates and allies, even your wedding vows turn into lyrical masterpieces. This is part two of the love we spit on our big day. “
