hmmmAgriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao said on Tuesday that the infrastructure and facilities of villages will be improved to give real meaning to rural development.
While laying the foundation stone of the internal road in Donamanda Gram Panchayat of Raghunadapalem, which has received 50 lakhs of MGNREGA funds, he said that the development of the village will reflect in the lives of the people. He emphasized on giving employment to the people in the work to be done in their respective areas.
He directed the officials to plant plantations on forest land, which would provide employment to the villagers.
He has directed the authorities to identify the land for the construction of a community hall in Donamanda and send a proposal. He also suggested the officials to establish a library in the community hall.
