Ingredients:
For the cake:
Flour: 2 ½ cups (all purpose)
Baking powder: 2 tbsp
Salt: half teaspoon
Butter: 1 cup (unsalted, at room temperature)
Sugar: 2 cups (granulated)
Eggs: 4 large (at room temperature)
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
Milk: 1 cup (whole or buttermilk, at room temperature)
Optional additions:
Lemon zest or orange zest (for citrus flavor)
1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or berries
For the glaze:
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Milk or lemon juice: 2-3 tbsp
Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan well and dust with flour, tapping out the excess.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. set aside
- In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Beat in one egg at a time, making sure each one is completely incorporated. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined – do not overmix.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan Bond pan And smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes and invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk or lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Ingredients:
Soft butter: 500 grams
Raw Cane Sugar: 500 gms
Hemp seed powder: 35 grams
Water: 200ml
Vanilla extract: 15 ml
Soft flour: 550 grams
Baking powder: 10 grams
Method:
* Set the oven temperature to -170⁰c
. Take a bowl and pour water into the bowl and then soak the flaxseed powder.
* Mix the butter and raw cane sugar in a bowl for 3 to 4 minutes
* Add the flaxseed mixture to the butter mixture and soft flour, then mix again until the sugar is completely dissolved, then add the vanilla essence.
* Now slowly fold in the flour mix (3) and do not mix too much.
* Now pour into a bundt mold that has been greased with butter and dusted with flour.
* Now bake in the set oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
