Three people, including a sub-inspector of police, a woman police constable and a computer operator of a cooperative society, were found dead in a tank under mysterious circumstances in Adalur Yellareddy village of Kamareddy district between Wednesday and Thursday midnight. Detailed research.

The deceased have been identified as SI Saikumar of Bhiknoor, constable Shruti working at Bibipet police station and Nikhil, computer operator of Bibipet.

All three have been missing separately since Wednesday afternoon and the family members had to go to the police. Based on the phone signals, the police traced the mobile phones of Shruti and Nikhil who were sleeping on the dam of the irrigation tank on Wednesday night.

A search operation was conducted under the direct supervision of Superintendent of Police Sindhu Sharma. The bodies of Shruti and Nikhil were found at midnight on Wednesday. A few hours later, the body of Saikumar was found from the same tank, the police said. Saikumar’s car and shoes were found near Tank Bandar.

The family suspects that Saikumar may have drowned in the tank while trying to save both of them by drowning. However, till the final report, the police is unaware of the actual cause of death.
