Vijayawada:Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu traveled to Delhi on Tuesday evening to attend the birth centenary celebrations of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The prestigious national event scheduled for Wednesday will be attended by prominent political leaders including representatives of the central government, state governments and members of the NDA alliance.
The program aims to honor Vajpayee’s legacy by highlighting his contributions to India’s political landscape with an emphasis on economic reforms, diplomacy, and infrastructure development. CM Naidu is expected to pay tribute to Vajpayee and engage in discussions on strengthening India’s policies in line with Vajpayee’s vision.
This occasion will also serve as a platform for national political discussions. NDA Chief Ministers, senior officials, and BJP leaders will discuss key political and development strategies. Analysts suggest that CM Naidu may propose initiatives to further strengthen the NDA alliance while emphasizing TD’s pivotal role in national politics.
Naidu’s visit holds strategic importance for Andhra Pradesh, especially in strengthening ties with the central government. His involvement in these discussions is expected to benefit the state in the areas of development and central assistance.
