Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna on Thursday administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Manmohan as a judge of the Supreme Court.
Justice Manmohan took the oath of office and secrecy at the swearing-in ceremony held at the Supreme Court.
With the swearing in of Chief Justice Manmohan, the working strength of 34 judges including the Chief Justice has reached 33 in the Supreme Court.
The collegium of the Supreme Court had recommended the elevation of Justice Manmohan to the Supreme Court on November 28.
