Atchannaidu assures farmers of government support

In an important announcement on National Farmer’s Day, Minister Achanaidu has assured the farmers that the state government will buy every grain damaged by the rains.

He shed light on the struggles faced by farmers in recent years and emphasized that the coalition government will focus on the interests of farmers.
Atchannaidu wished the farmers, noting that they had not received the support price for their crops in the last five years. He alleged that the previous government had left the farmers in arrears of `1,600 crore, which the current government has cleared in the last six months.
He said that there was a good production this year. Farmers can now sell their crops and get paid within four hours. Also, schemes have been devised to help farmers increase their income with less investment.
The minister criticized that the previous government could not invest even a single rupee in agricultural mechanization. He highlighted the government’s encouragement for the use of drones in the agricultural sector. He said that a large amount of roads are being constructed in the village as an initiative of the village festival.
Atchannaidu condemned the “brutal notion of hiring a gang to kill Nagaraju in Palasama” and claimed that such behavior was unprecedented in the history of the district. He asked the police to investigate who is behind this incident.
The wrongdoers will not escape accountability, he said.
