Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, GSEB has started the registration for Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 from Tuesday, December 15. Candidates interested to apply for the entrance exam can submit their application on the official website. GSEB at gujcet.gseb.org.

To register, candidates need to login using their registered email id or mobile number and password.

Candidates need to note here that the last date to apply for GUJCET 2025 is December 31, 2024.

What is the application fee of GUJCET 2025?

Notably, while registering for GUJCET 2025, candidates have to pay the online application fee. ₹350. The fee can be paid through SBlePay system (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking) or through SBlePay option of “SBI Branch Payment” from any SBI branch in the country, the official notification said.

After understanding the fee, the application form can be filled. It is mandatory to fill the complete application form.

Points to note while applying:

Following are the important points laid down by GSEB for the candidates:

1. Applicant must upload photograph and signature while applying. Scanned documents of both are required and should be in .jpg/.jpeg format only. When scanning a signature or photo, the image resolution must be 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher.

2. The size of attachments is allowed between 5KB and 50KB. Approximate dimensions: 120px X 120px. Please note that attachments must be clearly visible.

3. The photo should be taken against a white or very light background.

4. The face should occupy approximately 50% of the image area, and be looking straight into the camera with a full face view. The main features of the face should not be covered by hair, any clothing or any shade. Forehead, both eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and chin should be clearly visible.

5. Do not upload the candidate’s mobile phone photograph or his signature.

6. Candidates should not wear glasses with black or tinted glasses, only clear glasses are allowed.

7. Place candidate’s signature in black or dark blue ink on white paper.

8. The photograph, signature, or any other required attachment(s) must be sufficiently visible, otherwise it may be rejected.

To apply for GUJCET 2025, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Visit the official website of GSEB GUJCET at gujcet.gseb.org.
  2. On the home page, enter your login credentials (registered email id or mobile and password)
  3. Pay the fee online and fill the application form,
  4. Submit and download the confirmation page.
  5. Keep a printout of the same for future reference.
