Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police has deployed 300 personnel at Annapurna Studio for the final show of ‘Bigg Boss 8’ held on Sunday. To prevent disruption, authorities restricted public access and prohibited processions and processions around the studio.
Roads from Indiranagar and Krishnanagar to Annapurna Studio were blocked as a precaution.
A DCP-level officer oversaw the security arrangements in and around Jubilee Hills. Last year, after the victory of winner Pallavi Prashanth, the police had instructed the organizers of ‘Bigg Boss’ not to hold public gatherings at the venue, saying that there was a law and order problem as the fans took out a rally. Cases of the incident are pending in court.
