Aamir Khan says Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and he are ‘in agreement’ to star in a film together: ‘Just waiting for the right script’ | Bollywood news

In an interesting revelation, the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has expressed his desire to share the screen with industry colleagues Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Speaking at the ongoing Red Sea Film Festival, Aamir shared a conversation he had with the two actors about six months ago about doing a film together and said they were waiting for the “right script”.

Recalling the discussion, Aamir said, ‘About 6 months ago Shah Rukh, Salman and I were together and we talked about it. Actually, I’m the one who brought it up. I told Shah Rukh and Salman that it would be really sad if the three of us don’t do a film together. The possibility of the three veteran actors of Bollywood appearing together on the big screen has been a topic of discussion among fans for a long time. According to Aamir, both Shah Rukh and Salman accepted the idea.

Aamir commented, “I think Salman and Shahrukh were equally in agreement and they were like, ‘We should do a film together, the three of us…’ so hopefully it will happen soon.” While the excitement was palpable, Aamir tempered expectations by stressing the need for the right script to make this ambitious project a success. “But it needs the right kind of story, so we have to wait for the right script, but all three of us are waiting for it,” he said.

This is not the first time that Aamir has spoken about his much-awaited collaboration with Shahrukh and Salman. In an earlier episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Aamir answered a question from an audience member expressing his desire to see the three stars together in a film. He said, “Your and my thoughts are exactly the same (We agree). I recently met Shah Rukh and Salman and said,’All three of us have been in the same industry for so many years and it will be very wrong for the audience if we don’t do a film together at this stage of our career. Ek film to banti hai (We have been working in the same industry for so many years and at this point in our careers it would be unfair to the audience if we don’t do a film together. We should do at least one film together).
