Additionally, the State Department imposed sanctions on four entities involved in the Iranian petroleum business and identified six vessels as blocked assets. Atlantic Navigation OPC Private Limited is an India-based company involved in the shipment of Iranian petroleum as the ISM manager of the vessel Vigor, the State Department said.
Additionally, the Secretary of State determined that Iran’s Gezel Hesar prison meets the criteria under Section 106 of the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA).

The Cameroon-flagged vessel, AVITAL, has been identified as an asset in which Shiny Sales Shipping Limited has an interest. The Panama-flagged vessel, VIGOR, has been identified as an interest-bearing asset of Galaxy Management NV.
The Barbados-flagged vessels, PROGRESS V and SCORPIUS, along with the Panama-flagged vessels TASCA and ELIZA II, have been identified as assets in which Brecalin Hong Kong Limited has interests, the Treasury Department said.
