Nizamabad: Nizamabad Urban BJP MLA Dhanpal Suryanarayan Gupta has requested Chief Minister A Revant Reddy to allocate funds for the development of the city. Bodhan Congress MLA P. Along with Sudarshan Reddy, he met the CM in Hyderabad on Saturday.
Gupta has demanded Rs 60 crore from TUFIDC, Rs 5 crore as development fund and special allocation of Rs 100 crore. He also proposed setting up an integrated school in Nizamabad and highlighted the need for funds to improve roads, underground sewers, government schools and hospitals. He also demanded to issue new ration cards. The Chief Minister has given a positive response to the memorandum submitted by Gupta.
