Telugu film industry bigwigs meet Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Pushpa 2 stampede case

Telugu film industry bigwigs on Thursday (December 26, 2024) morning at the Integrated Command Control Center (ICCC) in Hyderabad as Telangana Chief Minister A Meeting with Revanth Reddy. Telangana Film Development Corporation (TGFDC) President V. A meeting on ‘How to build a healthy environment’ was facilitated by Venkata Ramana Reddy (Dil Raju).

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Wickremarka Mallu, Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, DGP Jeetendra and other senior officials of the state administration are participating in the meeting. Actors Akkineni Nagarjuna, Daggubati Venkatesh, Sidhu Jonnalagadda, Kiran Abhavaram; Producers Allu Arvind, Daggubati Suresh Babu; Director K Raghavendra Rao, Trivikram, Boyapati Srinu, Vamshi and others were present in the meeting.

It was held at a time when there was tension in the relationship between the state administration and the film industry due to the stampede at the Sandhya Theater during the Pushpa 2 Faida program, the arrest of Allu Arjun by the police and other incidents.

A few days ago, Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy had said that benefit programs in the state will no longer be allowed unless they are oriented towards social issues and are patriotic.
