Speaking to PTI on Shyam Benegal’s last rites, Gulzar said, “He is not gone, we have left him and seen him. He brought a revolution, took that revolution to the cinema. Nobody can bring that wave, that revolution again. We will remember him for a long time. And we will talk about him for a long time.β
‘I was a changed person when I returned from the shooting of the film. I think we will miss his talks the most. He fascinates us whenever he talks. It is a big loss,β said Shreyas Talpade, who worked with Benegal on Welcome to Sajjanpur.
