Shillong Teer is a unique lottery game that combines elements of archery and chance. It has been played by the Khasi tribe for centuries and is deeply rooted in the local culture. Individuals purchase tickets ranging from Rs 1 to Rs 100 to participate in the Shillong Tir. Ticket sales start at 10am Monday to Saturday. The game consists of two rounds: in the first round, 50 archers shoot 30 arrows each, while in the second round, 30 archers shoot 20 arrows each. The results are published daily at 4 pm and 5 pm.
