Anantapur: Former Chief Minister and YSRC chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy attended Christmas celebrations at ISI Church in Pulivendula in Kadapa district on Wednesday. Accompanied by his mother YS Vijayamma, wife Bharti, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and other family members, Jagan Mohan Reddy offered prayers and interacted with the public. During the visit, he also released the New Year calendar.
During his four-day visit to Kadapa district, Jaganmohan Reddy is scheduled to attend the party leader’s daughter’s wedding on Thursday.
Earlier, Jagan Mohan Reddy met Kadapa Municipal Corporation leaders at Idupulapaya, discussed the recent shift of eight YSRC corporators to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the ongoing political dynamics in the region. He assured the YSRC corporators not to worry over petty issues and predicted that with Jamili elections likely to be held in 2027, the YSRC would retain power in the state.
