Congress is going to lay siege to the BJP office in Mysore

The Mysuru District Congress Committee will lay siege to the BJP office in the city on Friday to protest Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s comments about BR Ambedkar.

Dr Vijayakumar, president of the party’s district unit, said it would be part of a campaign to “oust the BJP” here on Thursday. He said, “Just as the Quit India Movement was started in 1942 against the British, the Congress will launch the ‘BJP Quit India’ campaign.”
