Physics wallah teacher goes viral with reverse chemistry lesson; Netizens say ‘He could use a pen’ Trending news

Teachers in India, especially in the ed-tech sector, are known for their creative and often unorthodox methods of making challenging concepts easier for students to understand. Whether it’s incorporating Bollywood tunes to teach scientific names or creating Hindi mnemonic devices to aid memorization, these teachers go to great lengths to ensure their students succeed. Their innovative approaches often become viral hits on social media, entertaining audiences and earning praise.

One such example comes from a teacher on the popular ed-tech platform PhysicsWallah, who took a completely different approach to explaining chirality in chemistry. Chirality is the concept where an object or molecule cannot be superimposed on its mirror image, whether it is rotated or translated.

Instead of using specific molecular models or digital simulations, this teacher decided to embody the concept himself. In the now-viral video, he lays in an upside-down position, balancing his feet on a chair and his hands on the floor. His body is distorted into a physical representation of a molecule, with his arms, legs and head depicting different parts of the structure.

This inventive performance brought an abstract concept to life in a way no textbook could, impressing the audience. The 54-second clip, shared by X user Priyanka with the caption “Absolute Cinema”, quickly caught the attention of many.

The video has received nearly 6 lakh views and netizens have flooded the comment box.

One user quipped, ‘Sir Ke Padhane Ka Tarika Tora Casual Hai’. Another user suggested, “He could just use a pen to show it off.”

A third user commented, “Either he’s too emotional or chasing a negative PR thing to get some fame.” A fourth person wrote, “Bro just wanted to show off his shoes.”
