New Delhi: Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (Hits) has increased its international academic footprint by signing a renewed MoU with Global Cyber University (GCU) South Korea. The signing ceremony was held at the Apgujeong Seoul Learning Center, marking an important step in the Indo-Korean Educational support.
The new three-year agreement expands the original partnership, which initially focused on credit exchanges for “brain education meditation” courses. The agreement now includes broader initiatives such as cultural exchanges and the establishment of a Global Brain Education Center in India.
Chancellor of HITS Dr. Anand Jacob Varghese expressed pride in the partnership, noting that it has fostered meaningful educational and humanitarian impact since its inception in 2020. “Global Establishment Center for Brain Education represents our commitment to innovative educational approaches for our students,” he said.
GCU President Gong Byeong-yeong highlighted the potential for further cooperation, suggesting future joint seminars on topics such as AI in education, sustainable earth initiatives, and the future of humanity.
Also includes sharing Cultural exchange initiatives, visiting the famous Ilchi Art Hall to host the K-pop promotion center ‘POP-KON’ and BTS’ debut showcase with the HITS delegation. This cooperation reflects the dynamic mix of academic and cultural exchanges between India and South Korea.
