- Close the pop-up window: If name mismatch message appears during Aadhaar verification, click on “X” button to close the pop-up.
- Enter name according to Aadhaar: A new window will open; Enter your name as it appears on your Aadhaar card.
- The system captures both names: System will record name from educational certificate and name entered from Aadhaar card.
- Proceed with the application: This will allow you to continue the online application process.
