Film director Trivikram released the book ‘Mann Cinema First Reel’ written by senior journalist Rentla Jaydev at the 37th Hyderabad Book Fair on Wednesday.

The first copy was presented to IRS officer Krishna Koundinya. Mr. Trivikram said that the way Jayadeva presents the journey of Indian cinema from the silent era to the next phase and the behind-the-scenes details of early film production in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages ​​will be interesting to read.

He says, ‘Usually people shy away from history books, but Jaydev’s fun style made everyone read them. He described the writer as adept at film criticism and analysis, but said that the writer in him should now focus more on publishing books because he can tell interesting stories. ‘My room should be filled with his books,’ said the popular film director.
