The computer based examination was conducted from September 30 to November 14, 2024 at various examination centers across the country. There will be negative marks for wrong answers only in the second session, with 1 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
The written examination was divided into two compulsory sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, and conducted on the same examination day. The questions were objective and multiple choice.
Meanwhile, the SSC MTS Provisional Answer Key was released on November 29 and the last date for raising objections was December 2, 2024.
Through the examination, the commission aims to fill 9,583 MTS and constable posts, out of which 6,144 are for multi-tasking staff (non-technical) and 3,439 are for constable posts.
