A key part of his running routine is the backbone of his fitness regimen, with a weekly mileage of 15-20 km.
“Running in the morning, especially on the weekends, helps refresh my mind and energize my body for the day ahead. Yoga, practiced three times a week, complements my plan, improves flexibility, focus, and relaxation. On how diet supports her fitness, she adds, “A traditional South Indian breakfast gives me the energy I need to start the day. Lunchtime is quick and light, often consisting of fruits and nuts, which are easy to carry and consume during short breaks. Dinner is simple and nutritious, usually wheat chapati with vegetarian curry.
