In 13 cities of Odisha, the minimum temperature was below 10 degrees Celsius

Thirteen cities in Odisha recorded minimum temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius including G. in Kandhamal district. Udayagiri was the coldest place in the state at 4.7 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said on Tuesday (December 17, 2024).

Rourkela recorded a minimum temperature of 5.7 degrees Celsius followed by Similiguda in Koraput district at 7.2.

The temperature is 7.5 in Phulbani, 8.6 in Sundargarh, 8.9 in Keonjhar, 9 degrees in Angul, Bhawanipatna, Kirei, Chiplima and Nabarangpur respectively and 9.5 degrees in Bhadrak.

The twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded minimum temperatures of 13.6 degrees and 12.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
