In a lawsuit filed by Jane Doe’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, she alleges that she felt lightheaded after drinking at the celebrity’s drug-addled home. It is also said that Diddy and Jay-Z entered the room where she was resting, and took turns raping her. The lawsuit also claims that a female friend of the alleged survivor witnessed the attack. In response to the lawsuit, Jay-Z said it was a ‘blackmail attempt by Tony Buzbee’. Assuring to expose the ‘lawyer’ for his fraudulent activities, the rapper wrote, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I urge you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one! Someone who commits crimes against minors should be locked up, don’t you agree?”

Here is the statement:

Jay-Z called the lawyer an ‘ambulance chaser in a cheap suit’. He spoke about how such an allegation would affect his family. “My wife (Beyoncé) and I will sit our children, one of whom is at an age where his friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence. Children at such a young age. “Tolerable. It’s unfair to try to understand the unimaginable degree of malice that destroys families and the human spirit,” wrote Jay-Z, who supported the ‘true victims.’

Jay-Z reiterated his innocence, and insisted that he wants to live by a ‘strict code and honor and protect children’. “Only your network of conspiracy theorists would believe the silly claims you make against me, if not for the seriousness of harming children, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you how different I am,” Jay-Z wrote.

Before the lawsuit was officially refiled with Jay-Z’s name on it, Buzbee accused himself of being sued by ‘high profile’ John Doe and wrote, “We will not allow the powerful and their high-dollar lawyers to intimidate or silence sexual assault victims.” Earlier today, after the contents of the new lawsuit became public, Buzbee shared a photo of himself as a Marine and wrote, “Despite a coordinated and aggressive effort in which my child molesters, my clients and former clients have been contacted to encourage them. To sue me, my Asking co-workers or former employees if I have ‘abused’ them, showing up at my current employees’ homes to harass them, filing lawsuits against me and my law firm. Lawsuits, who will defame me and my family with defamatory claims, and I will not be bullied or threatened by the public and the truth will be exposed. I will not allow anyone to scare my clients into silence.
