Aamir Khan Says Ranbir Kapoor’s Favorite Film Is His Film Top Number: ‘It’s Very Strange…’ | Bollywood news

Actor Aamir Khan has never shied away from admitting his mistakes and good decisions in life. Recently, in an interview with BBC Asian Network, Aamir was asked about re-shooting scenes in his film Ishq, which also stars Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Juhi Chawla. The actor revealed that it is not his favorite film from his filmography and also shared that Ranbir Kapoor likes his film Top No.

Talking about his film Ishq, Aamir admitted, “Actually it’s not one of my favorite films. It was fun doing that film and I’m glad people watched it. It was very successful, but not one of my favorite films. I say. “It’s very strange but some of my movies that I don’t like very much, I think some people really like them.”

Aamir Khan then recalled a conversation he had with actor Ranbir Kapoor and said, “For example, Ranbir is a big fan of the top number. I am a big fan of Dev Sahab but I am not very happy with that movie. But at first I felt like Ranveer was pulling my leg. I said, ‘Come on, don’t pull my leg.’ But then he started narrating to me every scene and every dialogue of the film. He said, ‘You don’t understand, I was a small child when I watched this film. In my eyes this film is one of my favorite films. I was like, ‘Well, what can I say?'”

Aamir, when asked to pick his favorite films from his films, replied, “It is very difficult for me to choose, but there are a few that I am really happy with. One of them is Taare Zameen Par, 3 Idiots. I also love Lagaan, and Dangal is a great film. PK, Ghajini and Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikander are all difficult films to choose from.

Aamir Khan is currently busy with the global promotion of his film Lapata Ladies, as it is India’s official Oscar entry this year. Laapataa Ladies premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, and was released in theaters a few months ago. It was a decent box office hit but gained critical acclaim and love after it started streaming on Netflix.
