Current star Ram Charan is all set to collaborate with acclaimed director Sukumar for the upcoming film, which promises to be a high-octane action adventure. Their previous blockbuster, RangasthalamThere was a rural drama where Ram Charan portrayed a hearing-impaired local man seeking justice for his brother’s murder.
On the contrary, this new film will present Ram Charan in a stylish, urban look, offering a new persona for his fans. “Ram Charan’s new look will be sleek and modern, a departure from his earlier roles,” revealed a source. Directed by Sukumar Pushpa The series, set in rural landscapes, is keen to explore a slick, contemporary action flick with elements of romance and adventure in exotic locales.
The story will be larger-than-life, befitting Ramcharan’s star power, but will feature a stylized and innovative screenplay aimed at attracting young audiences and his global fanbase.
Sukumar is currently taking a three-month sabbatical to spend time with his wife and daughter in the US, where his daughter is learning classical dance. During his break, he plans to work on a script, which he wants to present to Ram Charan when he returns to India. The director is hopeful that this collaboration will be another big hit for the mega family dynasty.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is busy working on another project with director Buchi Babu Sana, where he plays a tribal athlete in a heart-wrenching, sports-centric film set in a small-town family environment. He will also be seen opposite Janhvi Kapoor in the film.
