I entered the House at 12.57 pm yesterday, and the House rose at 1 pm. Then I met with Ayodhya Rami Reddy.” I stayed in the canteen till 1.30 pm, then left the Parliament.

Amid the ruckus raised by the opposition over Singhvi’s name, Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge said, “Conclusions should be reached only after an investigation. A member’s name should not be mentioned before the investigation.”

For this, Dhankhar said that he could not find out whether the note was fake or not and the investigation would reveal it. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju said, “We are only saying that there should be an investigation. Why are they protesting?”

Leader of the House JP Nadda said the Opposition was worried that the House was disrupted only when the Treasury Bench took up the case.

When the opposition raised the demand for zero hours, Nadda said, “Today they are worried about zero hours.” Minister Piyush Goyal added, “How many days have they blocked the House in the past?”
