Priyanka Chopra’s Production company Purple Pebble Pictures has shifted his base from Mumbai to the US, his mother Dr Madhu Chopra said in a recent interview. The company has previously backed several regional films in India, including National Award winning films like Ventilator and Paani. Madhu shared this after being asked about Priyanka’s next move in India.
In a conversation with Instant Bollywood, she said, ‘Purple Pebbles has gone to America, so we are not making any film in India now, but God willing, Priyanka will come to India to make a film, then we will see. When asked about Priyanka’s future plans in the film, Madhu said, ‘There are no plans now.
Just a few days ago, Priyanka told Hindustan Times about her desire to return to Hindi cinema and said, “No joke, I meet a lot of filmmakers here, read scripts. I am actively looking for something I want to do in Hindi. This year was really busy for me. But I have something up my sleeve, I’ll give it a go.”

Recently, Madhu spoke to the Something Bigger show’s YouTube channel and said that PC has started her own production house so that she has a backup plan. “When she decided to work in Hollywood, when she got that opportunity, I told her, ‘You’re here at the peak of your career and you want to go to America and start struggling from the bottom up so we have to have something to fall back on. Back here. So all Don’t leave the matter. If you have something here, you will feel confident. That’s how we started Purple Pebble Productions,” she said.
Talking about her production house, she said, ‘Our production house only makes regional films. She had the stage and the voice, so she did it. She has decided to give opportunities to new artists and all our films have new artists, be it writers, directors or actors. It was difficult for her, so she wants to give a platform to others. “
Priyanka hasn’t appeared in any Hindi film since 2019’s The Sky is Pink. He was announced as one of the stars of Zee Zara along with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
